The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya typically credit to your okpey wallet within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. okpey does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account name used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your registered legal name. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation by the member (for example, at the member's own request), any verified account balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where closure results from a confirmed terms violation, okpey reserves the right to forfeit the account balance and any pending winnings.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the okpey platform or these Terms shall first be subject to the following resolution process:
